P blend is composed of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the two finest areas of Cognac, Grande and Petite Champagne, leading to the name Fine Champagne. Remy Martin XO is a blend of 85% Grande Champagne and 15% Petite Champagne, which has created a full-bodied cognac with a rich, round flavour that is perfect for sipping. Among the major cognac houses, Rémy Martin is a specialist in this type of production, while other houses such as Braastad, De Luze, Hine and Tiffon all produce and sell Fine Champagne cognacs.
